It was a good place to stay ,a good allrounder.Handy for bus travel into princess street! A good average breakfast.
Not much , although you could do much better for the price. You can find much better BnB s in edinburgh with more pizzaz for a cheaper price.i would recommend this hotel ,but not on the price.

The breakfast was satisfactory and you could try cereal and yoghourt etc. The location was marvellous and fab for me as it was very close to downtown Edinburgh and town center. The service was excellent, that made the hotel beautifully designed place. The staff were both amazingly nice and welcoming.

Staff was very friendly and very helpful. The rooms were clean and neat. Breakfast was amazing and we were always treated with kindness and respect. The location is good - a little bit out of the city center so it's not too crowded, but also close enough to drive in or take the bus to see all the sights. Really recommend this hotel!

The Cleanliness of the hotel was excellent and the staff that I met were very helpful
Vehicle Parking is limited. But there is not much that can be about that. English Breakfast is good. But, might be an idea to leave the Orange Juice in the eating area for clients to help themselves. Ohh and there were no Baked Beans :o).

The owners/staff were just great, making one feel very welcome. It was a very inviting environment.
The breakfast could have been a touch better but it was very good having porridge. Having a fixed time to eat can be a constraint but this weekend definitely wasn't a problem.

Great facilities in general, perfect and nice location next to the bus stop. Based near the roundabout under the bridge, the city centre 15min by bus and Edinburgh in the spring.
